What is an Investigator?

When you get into a state of not knowing what to do and you need someone to let you know your rights and go deeper into the alternatives to get out of that lucky situation, is when we are talking about one of the main activities of the Investigators.

Attending a case, paying attention to the details, and going deeper into seeking a possible legal redress. In our way of working, investigators attend to a possible call from you 24 hours a day. Your call will not go to an automatic box, but someone expert in the whole process will be in charge of listening to your case.

Whenever you call The Ward Law Group, one of our investigators will answer your questions in your language! Recuerda que hablamos español.

Thanksgiving and December 24 were just a few holidays when we answered the phone.

Our researchers identify that the accidents that occur on those holidays are not common because on that day, people plan to get together with their families, be healthy, have a lovely evening, and suddenly life changes them.

When the event has occurred, it is possible that calling our investigators is the best decision. Now, you need to pay attention to how to proceed. Feeling a voice guiding and helping you will be comforting in those cases. That voice is the investigators.

After talking a little more with one of our researchers, we wanted to address some of the most common questions they receive. For example, the million-dollar question: “How much exactly is my case worth?” This is a common question: How do our professionals deal with these kinds of totally valid questions?

It is clear to our professionals that the economic benefit is essential to clients who want compensation for an event for which they were not at fault.

However, the economic value of the case will depend on many factors. For instance,  how much money is in the insurance policy of the driver who caused the accident? They purchased insurance for a specific coverage, and those coverages will determine the value of your case.

Another aspect that influences the case value is the injuries caused. These can vary from one property to another and are calculated around compensation to repair the damage.

These can vary from one property to another and are calculated around compensation to repair what has been caused.  In the same way, it will depend on the body damage policy that the driver who caused the facts has. In Florida, this policy starts at $10,000.

As you can see, our researchers are experts in this field. You can transmit all your doubts to them when you communicate with them. They will always be ready to help you and provide the appropriate guidance regarding the facts you share with us.

Many years of training have allowed us to form a group of professional investigators who contribute to providing access to first-level legal advice every time a member of our community experiences a state of vulnerability linked to an accident or an event in which he or she cannot communicate in his or her native language, Spanish.

If you have experienced an accident-related event in Florida or New York, please contact us and trust our investigators!

The entire team of professionals at The Ward Law Group is at your service!
