Seeking Justice: The Ward Law Group Advocates for Elderly Couple in DUI Crash – featured by WSVN Miami News.

Miami, FL - In a recent incident that sent shockwaves through our community, an elderly couple became the unfortunate victims of a car crash involving a drunk driver in Miami. Here at The Ward Law Group, we take pride in being at the forefront of advocating for justice. In this case, we stand as the dedicated representatives of the elderly couple, emphasizing the gravity of the situation and the need for accountability.

The collision transpired at Northwest 37th Avenue and 36th Street intersection last Thursday night. A Lamborghini, allegedly driven by 35-year-old Gabriel Pina at high speed, crashed into two other cars, leaving the elderly couple with broken bones and severe bruises. Our legal team swiftly stepped in to advocate for the injured couple's rights and seek justice against the drunk driver.

"This case is very serious. We always remember that driving while intoxicated is completely unacceptable; driving while intoxicated can ruin people’s lives," expressed Greg Ward, founder of The Ward Law Group.

As a firm, we are known for our commitment to fighting for victims of negligence, and we are determined to ensure that the responsible party faces the legal consequences of their actions.

The elderly couple, identified as Jesus Villaroel, 78, and his wife, was on their way when the intoxicated driver crashed into their vehicle. Jesus Villaroel, reflecting on the incident through a translator, expressed gratitude for surviving a catastrophic accident. Here at The Ward Law Group, we echo this sentiment, emphasizing the couple's luck in escaping the tragedy with their lives.

Attorney Jany Martinez-Ward, the co-founder of The Ward Law Group, highlighted the severity of the damages suffered by the elderly couple. "Our clients are lucky to be alive after this tragedy," she remarked. Our legal team is not only focused on pursuing justice for the victims but is also actively investigating the circumstances leading up to the crash.

In an interview with WSVN News Miami, Ms. Jany Martinez-Ward provided insights into the case, emphasizing the devastating impact of driving under the influence. Her comments underscored the urgent need for accountability and responsible actions, both on the driver's part and, potentially, establishments serving alcohol irresponsibly.

The drunk driver, Gabriel Pina, is now facing several charges, including a DUI with serious bodily injury. His blood-alcohol level was reported to be more than twice the legal limit. The Ward Law Group's legal representation is not only aimed at holding Pina accountable but also at securing compensation that will aid the elderly couple in overcoming the physical, emotional, and psychological impact of the traumatic event.

As The Ward Law Group strives to navigate the complexities of the case, we remain committed to our founding principles of advocating for those who have suffered harm due to the negligence of others. Our dedication to securing justice for the elderly couple is a testament to our unwavering commitment to the well-being of our clients.
