About Emily Santos

Emily Santos is an attorney for The Ward Law Group, P.L. She brings valuable insights into personal injury protection law to the team. Emily is an active member of the Florida Bar.   

While Ms. Santos' previous legal experience includes working with medical providers in PIP cases, she decided she wanted to fight for the rights of everyday people facing injuries, not the corporations fighting against getting them the settlements they deserve. Ms. Santos brings a servant's heart to her work and is committed to serving as a trusted advisor who will passionately advocate for her clients through every step of their legal battle and treat them with the utmost respect.   

A proud Cuban-American born and raised in Miami, Ms. Santos earned her B.A. in political science and Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. She earned her degrees through the school's 3+3 BA/JD program, allowing her to complete both programs in six years. She graduated Cum Laude in the top 10% of her graduating class. Ms. Santos received numerous awards throughout law school, including CALI for Trial Advocacy Practice, Professional Responsibility, Bar Prep skills, and Juvenile Law.   

Ms. Santos is also passionate about softball and has played since age 10, with her skills earning her a chance to play at the collegiate level. She enjoys spending time with her family in her free time, and she counts them as her greatest asset in life.
